Quickstart

KiteGreet is a hosted service, so there is nothing to install. Follow these steps to get your team running.

  1. Get your workspace

    Contact us to set up your subscription. We will send you your sign-in details.

  2. Connect WhatsApp

    Connect your WhatsApp Business Account with Embedded Signup. It takes you through Meta’s own onboarding screens, so you never copy access tokens by hand.

  3. Add your team

    Create teams and give each person the right role and permissions.

  4. Answer your first conversation

    Open the inbox, pick a conversation and reply.

  5. Automate and reach out

    Add chatbot automation and canned responses, then get message templates approved and send a campaign.
